REFUND POLICY

  1. If the service has not yet begun, VersaciBoosts guarantees a "no-questions-asked" complete refund to all of its customers within 3 days of the service's purchase date. Once the booster has been assigned to the order and the customer has been made aware of this, VersaciBoosts considers service to have begun. When VersaciBoosts service is ordered, a service level commitment is made clear, and during the website's purchasing procedure, you are informed of an estimated completion time. If the service's booster was assigned to the order but the delivery of the services has not begun or the progress is irrelevant, you are eligible for an 100% refund. Your claim to a refund only applies to the portion of the service that was not provided. The service's completion level will be agreed upon by you and us based on reasonable evidence, and we won't unreasonably refuse to agree.

Please be aware that we only take refund status enquiries into account after 48 hours have passed from your initial refund request. VersaciBoosts cannot influence the timing of a credit issued refund; this is entirely dependent on the speed of your bank. Refunds are anticipated to clear in 3–7 business days. After that time, please contact our customer service team by chat, discord, or email if you haven't received your refund.

We gather information from users of this website in a variety of ways, including:

  1. If you add more information to the "Order details" section after checking out​

  2. If you change your profile, our database will be updated.

  3. The entirety of your chat history will be kept when you use our Support Chat window.

  4. We will store the information you submit if you register a new account.

  5. Your IP address will be logged when you open and browse the website. This is required in order to combat scammers, enhance website security, and boost performance. After no more than five months, the data is removed (PayPal requirement)

The following outside services receive data from us:

  1. In the bottom right corner of the screen houses the conversation window. Your whole chat history will be preserved; this is necessary for the operation of our service because Wix-Chat is one of our main channels for contact. In order to identify you as our client within the service, we will additionally send your Nick and Email.

  2. Paypal/Stripe. Name, Email, Order ID, and further order information for processing payments.

The following third-party services receive anonymized data from us:

  1. Google Analytics (Anonymous data that helps us to measure website performance.)

  2. Facebook (Anonymous data that allows us to track website performance)

  3. Instagram (Anonymous data that allows us to track website performance)

Information gathered during the checkout procedure.

  1. We store the information you provide at checkout in our database. As of right now, we keep your email, username, Discord, and any other information you enter in the "Additional information" / ''Note'' area. Your payment information, including credit card information, is processed securely by PayPal/Stripe; we have no access to it.

Information gathered after the purchase.

  1. Our database stores the information you submit in the "Order details" form.  Contact info, username, and other details could be included here. Your email address that you provide during registration might be used to update you on the status of your order. If we are required by law to contact you, we may also use it to provide you your password. We use Wix to send emails through this website > versaciboosts.com <

  1. Cookies are necessary for the effective operation of our website for technical reasons. In order to analyze the effectiveness of our websites, we also employ third-party analytics providers that place cookies with anonymous data.

Removal of your Data

  1. Send an email to support@versaciboosts.com if you wish us to erase your data. If there are no rules (such as those governing billing) that compel us to store the data, we will then delete everything.
