REFUND POLICY

If the service has not yet begun, VersaciBoosts guarantees a "no-questions-asked" complete refund to all of its customers within 3 days of the service's purchase date. Once the booster has been assigned to the order and the customer has been made aware of this, VersaciBoosts considers service to have begun. When VersaciBoosts service is ordered, a service level commitment is made clear, and during the website's purchasing procedure, you are informed of an estimated completion time. If the service's booster was assigned to the order but the delivery of the services has not begun or the progress is irrelevant, you are eligible for an 100% refund. Your claim to a refund only applies to the portion of the service that was not provided. The service's completion level will be agreed upon by you and us based on reasonable evidence, and we won't unreasonably refuse to agree.
